Commenti : Quality of welcome....girl behind desk could not find my name, even though I said it three times and spelled it out to her. When she gave it to me, I found it immediately at the bottom of the page.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. A lot of the food was not replaced if you came to eat after the first group had finished.
No one told us at the time we made our reservation that we should book dinner at one of the 4-5 a la carte restaurants in order to avoid the even more disappointing dinner.
