Commenti : They did not find my booking the first time. Asked me to come back at 2pm. Then it was ok, but did not excuse or explain why. Very hot in the room during night, no AC, but they found a very small, dirty all fan. Small, but very nice rooms. Nice and quiet location. Might go back if it is not the middle of summer. 800dkk for doubleroom w/o breakfast in July.

Commenti : I travel to Copenhagen annually, and usually stay at a hotel within an easy walk of the train station. To escape the noise, this year I chose the Kong Arthur, a lovely hotel about 1 mile from the train station on a canal. My "summer sizzler" discount made the hotel a good bargain, except that the cost of a cab from the train station(normally I would walk, but this year I had two large suitcases) was quite expensive.
The hotel itself is a true 3-4 star. It is clean and nicely furnished. The staff was a mixed bag. The person who greeted me seemed bored, tired and uninvolved, but the others behind the counter were much more positive and vivacious, so I rated the staff positively. The breakfast is expensive, but extraordinarily good.
The hotel is away from the Tivoli strip, but is still centrally located. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Commenti : Two visits to this hotel a week apart. Did not receive welcome champagne & chocs on first arrival which we had forgotten about. Received on our second visit, so queried the first lot and finally received a second bottle of champagne after chasing, but no chocolates. Second lot of chocs were so soft they were inedible. Shower room floor so hot had to use towels to stand on it (during a heatwave!), complained twice to no avail. Hotel very nice but in a poor area of town with lots of graffiti which we found very strange and not as close to the centre as expected.

Commenti : Für den Preis war mein Single-Room eine kleine Abstellkammer. Kopenhagen ist teuer, das weiß ich, doch das war schon heftig.
