	Data : 5 September 2009 Nome : Anonimo Paese : Spain Voto Medio : 5/10 Commenti : - La tercera planta no puede usarse, la temperatura es inaceptable hasta que no se instale el aire acondicionado. - La recepción apenas entiende el Castellano y decidió que como al tercer dia no habíamos pagado la estancia aún, no nos limpió la habitación. - La calidad / precio de la nueva hab. era muy buena y quedamos satisfechos con ella. Repetiremos tratando de leer bien los avisos y funcionamiento, porque los recepcionistas del hotel apenas hablan castellano. - No me gusta no saber en qué hotel voy a alojarme, da muchísima inseguridad y pasan cosas como que te den una hab. sin aire acondicionado, que de otro modo, no teniendo ventilación, no hubiera aceptado. - Con todo, sólo les recomiendo que en las reservas ya confirmen el hotel y las condiciones de la hab. y que no hospeden a nadie en la tercera planta de ese hotel hasta instalar el aire.
