Commenti : Votre hôtel propose de très belles chambres; j'apprécie les couleurs et surtout les miroirs de la douche et cette possibilité de s'assoir pour se laver,très pratique pour les enfants et les personnes agées.Il est par ailleurs souhaitable d'informer verbalement vos clients lors du chech in, que vous n'eccecpté pas les chèques, en plus de l'affichage à l'accueil.J'ai très apprécié également le professionnalisme et la gentiesse de l'ensemble du personnel. Merci et maintenez le cap.

Commenti : Notre séjour s'est bien passé, il est vraiment dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu diner plus souvent à l'hôtel, la nourriture n'était pas bonne du tout.

Commenti : The hotel is situated quite far away from the main part of the city a(Vieux Port) nd is difficult to reach from the airport. We had to take a taxi which was very expensive. Using the bus and the tube to get to the city was also not particularly easy, notably getting back to the hotel at night. The beach is a 20mins walk away too.
I do not feel this was made clear when booking.
