Commenti : Les tarifs sont élevés compte tenu de l'état des chambres qui auraient besoin d'un raffraichissement. Si nous n'avions pas bénéficié d'un tarif préférentiel, j'aurais indiqué que le rapport qualité prix était mauvais.
Concernant l'accueil, globalement, il était bon. Un bémol toutefois, un soir, nous entendions la jeune femme de l'accueil râler et se plaindre. Elle a semblé excédée quand nous lui avons poliment demandé de la documentation puisqu'aucune n'était présentée...
Pour les bagages, nous avons eu le droit de les porter nous mêmes, non pas que cela nous dérange, mais il aurait été agréable qu'on nous propose de l'aide. Tout ceci n'est pas en rapport avec ce que l'on peut attendre d'un établissement 4 étoiles.
Point positif : le cadre. Lieu très agréable.

Commenti : Bon rapport qualité/prix ayant bénéficé d'un tarif très préférenciel, car les prix normaux affichés, très onéreux ne semblent pas justifiés.
Chambre "prestige" dans l'Orangerie : originale, propre, de bonnes dimensions et insonorisation excellente.
Petit déjeuner médiocre pour la categorie de l'établissement et le prix. Jus d'orange industriel, plats chauds tièdes, café tiède en bouteille thermos : il y a beaucoup mieux et moins cher, mais viennoiseries excellentes.
Restaurant Club House de bonne qualité mais vin rosé régional de piètre qualité, regrettable en Touraine.
Restaurant gastronomique non évalué.
Le personnel est très accueillant et très disponible avec une attitude professionnelle mais décontractée, un modèle.
Très bon environnement pour se détendre avec piscine et golf, à recommander au bénéfice d'un tarif promotionnels.

Layout of room poor as beams in way of getting into bed
As was the bathroom as you cannot stand to shower very poor considering we had a suite
Very little daylight in bedroom as only a very small window
Not at all what was expected of a hotel of this class

Commenti : chambre petite, déco à revoir, tv ancienne, mini bar hs, grande et belle salle de bain, très bon acceuil et très beau cadre. petit déjeuner à 18 € un peu cher.
