Commenti : Location is convenient enough to ski busses to slopes but last bus to get back from CHamonix in the evening is at 19.33pm and last train is at 20.16. It makes an evening out very difficult.

Commenti : Excellent hotel, chaleureux et très convivial.
Le personnel est très sympathique, et les chambres font vraiment très "montagne" en plus d'être très propres.
Rien à dire si ce n'est de le recommander.

Commenti : Everything is great about this hotel, except for the breakfast which is quite poor. This is strange considering the excellent food that the restaurant serves in the evening.

Commenti : Hotel Excelsior is just great!!! Staff are really friendly, rooms are cleaned and very comfy, food was delicious. There was nothing to complaind about. Decoration also makes the place look even cosier.

Commenti : Lors de notre réservation sur votre site nous avions bien précisé Chambre Mont Blanc lit 140, à notre arrivée, une petite chambre Aiguille verte nous a été attribuée. Etant en période creuse, nous avons obtenu après réclamation une chambre Mont Blanc twin.
A part ce petit désagrément tout fût parfait, l'accueil, la chambre, le petit-dej., la vue et le repas (ne pas oublier de réserver).

Commenti : Bjr ! Nous avons opté l'hôtel au dernier moment et avons sélectionné sur le Web; pas déçu du tout; tout est correct;nous n'avons pu y dîner car nous n'avions pas réservé,encore fallait-il le savoir !
Ce n'est pas grave et cela nous à permis de découvrir un restaurant de la ville de CHamonix...
Entre ; je fais des missions de clients mystère dans des Hôtels, Clubs de vacances et autres sites;en temps qu'anciens hôteliers nous même,nous avons un oeil avertis sur les prestations diverses en fonction des ets privés , de chaînes ou autres,et ne manquont pas de réagir en toute loyauté.
