Commenti : When we saw our room, we were disappointed because we'd paid extra to receive a superior ("standing") room. We asked the young lady at the desk if we could see any other rooms that might be available in the same category. She started to tell us about another room we could see, but the manageress of the hotel, who was sitting nearby, interrupted and told her not to show us that room. Perhaps she thought we couldn't understand French. We did understand her, however, and her rudeness and lack of interest in making us satisfied customers would lead us not to want to stay in that hotel again, despite its excellent location. There are many other hotels in Bordeaux to choose from.

Commenti : In-room wifi is a good thing to have these days. Would have liked a safe big enough for a laptop in the room. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Commenti : Our first room was opposite a building site and the noise was unbearable. Our request to move to the other side of the building was met immediately.
