Commenti : L'acces au service internet etait possible mais la connexion marchait mal et l 'ordinateur en acces libre ne dispose pas du programme skype, utile pour les appels internationaux.
L'accueil est tres aimable et le confort tres appréciable. Le cadre et l'ambiance sont accueillants et chaleureux.

A breakfast room rather than room service only would be a suggestion.
Internet availability for emails within the hotel is most important for us as travelling far from home [New Zealand] and away for many weeks--very difficult to find any internet cafes in Lyon!

Commenti : Hotel proche du métro, très pratique. Nous y retournerons sans problèmes.
En plus, dans la rue de l'hotel le restaurant DUET est vraiment génial, pas très cher avec 1 accueil de première qualité et une super cuisine.

la qualité de l'accueil était visiblement dû à un manque d'expérience mais, pour certaines personnes, il semble y avoir aussi un manque de motivation ou, tout au moins, de sens commercial. J'imagine que cela s'améliorera au vu du standing de l'établissement qui est très bien, par ailleurs.
