Commenti : Hotel bruyant. Portes qui claquent à des heures tardives.
La situation de l'hotel est interessante nombreuses plages à proximité, mais de permet pas d'accéder facilement à la cote nord caraibe (1h30 pour aller à Saint Pierre, car route coupée entre Gros Morne et Fond Saint Denis).
Acces difficile au chambre avec des baggages lourds car on doit empreinter des escaliers sur plusieurs niveaux. A recommander avec réserves.

Pour le prix le ménage devrait etre fait tout les 2 jours.

Commenti : Le personnel était toujours souriant et prêt à aider ou informer. Notre chambre avait une vue fantastique sur l'océan.
Tout était parfaitement propre. On avait même un hamac sur notre terrasse! Un seul petit défaut au petit-déjeuner : les croissants étaient parfois ou brulés ou pas assez cuits... On y retournera CERTAINEMENT.

Commenti : I know Martinique is French speaking, and we really tried our best to learn a little before we arrived, but we really expected the host/receptionist to know a little english. It was very difficult to communicate and we weren't told about breakfast, the code to get back in at night, and other basic instructions... The rooms could definitely use some updating (doors and locks barely worked), hotplate was rusting away, shower head location made it impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom. But other than that, the grounds were very nice and the views were excellent. You have a great place there.

Commenti : A little confusing at first--nobody spoke English! Everyone is a native French speaker so there were major communication issues with the staff. It made it difficult for us to decide on things to do in Martinique because they couldn't understand what we wanted or what we were saying. The whole European lifestyle of siestas at 2 pm, no work on Sundays, and early closure at 4 pm also made it difficult for us to adjust to. I really liked the hotel's balconies overlooking the gardens and the ocean and I enjoyed the cooktop, sink, and kitchen supplies so we were able to make snacks when the shops were closed. Beautiful location! Loved it!

Commenti : Muy buen lugar!! Buena vista, excelente atención y cordialidad. Me estaban esperando con las llaves de mi habitación en un sobre con mi nombre. La recepcionista se esmeró mucho ante nuestras dificultades con el idioma, realmente lo apreciamos. Agregaría en los servicios que tuvieran disponibles toallas para la playa y piscina, aparte de las de la habitación. Un lugar encantador al que volvería sin dudarlo. Gracias!!

Commenti : Hotel qui convient parfaitement aux personnes qui veulent passer un séjour paisible.
Les chambres sont un peu petites, la kitchinette est sur la terasse et donne une superbe vue sur la mer. Hotel en très bon état, matériel également (recemment renové je pense).
Situé à 50 m d'une magnifique plage un peu sauvage et si la plage ne convient pas, on peut profiter de la piscine à débordement !
Le personnel est très accueillant et sympatique.
A recommander sans hésitation.
(une voiture est cependant indispensable pour se déplacer)

Kitchenette sur le balcon, plaques chauffantes électriques en piteux état, ne chauffaient pas vraiment... Mais certaines chambres étaient en train d'être refaites.
Petit déjeuner de l'hôtel non essayé.

Commenti : Le site est exceptionnel pour les amateurs de vagues et pour tous ceux qui souhaitent pratiquer le surf. Pour les autres, c'est un peu isolé. La résidence bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la baie. Les prestations hôtelières sont assez moyennes.
