Commenti : Staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel. We received exceptionally fine service for our short stay and plan on returning next year for a more extended stay at Hotel Metropole.

Commenti : The service at the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly. The location was ideal for access to the city centre but because of its location, it obviously could not offer seaviews. The pool area was at road level and was overlooked by surrounding apartment buildings. Access to the Hotel's terrace was only permitted at certain times. No ironing facilities in the room.

Commenti : The room was very good. The Dinner service for myself as a resident in the Hotel was very poor. I had to wait 2 hours for a table and that is not acceptable for a 5* hotel and when the food arrived it was not of a standard expected for this type of Restaurant. I would not eat there again.

Commenti : It is a very nice hotel with the best SPA and I had the best massage ever (by Ismail). I stayed at the 5th floor and there is a very bad smell of some sort of parfume that you have in the corridors. Breakfast was amazing and the clientel at the hotel was "cool" and the service excellent = )
