Commenti : i had a bad experience over at your hotel,firstly i was misinformed by one of your staff when i called in about the room rates. secondly i had to wait for almost an hour for my check in, which is very very unprofesional, the manager on duty on that day as well to my suprise never looked into our matter much. After our check in we requested for iron and hair dryer ,we had to call the room service almost 3 times before we got what we wanted after almost a 30 hours wait. Is this how a hotel service is suppose to be??.....This would sadly be my worst hotel stay.
