Commenti : Bathroom had hair on the floor and was never cleaned all the time we were there 4 days and also a very bad drain smell in the bathroom. Other than that everything was o.k. and staff very good.

Commenti : I know Singapore is expensive, but compared to other cities and hotels and price, the room was pretty small and there was only 1 person staying there. Sorry guys won't be staying there again

Commenti : Ludicrously overpriced for the ambience. Run-down, agonizingly slow elevators that could not be relied on to go the floor selected, smelled bad in some areas. Freezing cold rooms that could not be warmed as the aircon was always on. I slept very badly.

Commenti : The staff need to be trained on being courteous. It was difficult to even get a smile from anyone. Consider extending the lounge operating hours and make the lounge a cosier place. We also did not get our newspapers in the morning. We had to call the conceirge to deliver the papers.

Commenti : Room service never picked up the breakfast request. No info supplied to email on hotel resourses internet access, pool, spa etc. Western food (Cesar Salad) very poor, Chinese menu good. Staff friendly, room clean.
