Commenti : Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel idéalement situé à cent mètres du quartier piéton. Pensez à demander une chambre climatisée lors de la réservation, sinon il y a un supplément à régler sur place pour obtenir la "télécommande". Bonne insonorisation.

Commenti : Il faudrait indiquer les possibilités et le coût de parking. Nous avons dû payer 24€ par jour. Par ailleurs notre sdb était disctincte de la chambre ce qui a constitué un certain désagrément.

Commenti : gentillesse du personnel. Situation excellente et un service parking qui vous cherche et ramène la voiture pour 24 € juste la chambre eco ou il n'ya pas de douche et wc..

Commenti : l'hotel est très bien situé au coeur ^de florence, mais les chambres sont petites, froides et les toilettes étaient sur le pallier(chambre economique).De plus on ne peut pas sortir trop tard le soir car il faut sonner pour que l'on vous ouvre et la personne à l'accueil dort tot...

Commenti : Problem with sound was not so much noise from other rooms but very intrusive noise day and night from the street outside - even with window and shutters closed. The narrow street seemed to amplify the sound. Late night revellers and street cleaning machines at 4am kept us awake. Short of installing double glazing nothing much could be done about this.
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Commenti : Une chambre très spacieuse pour 3.Salle d'eau super equipée, sèche-cheveux c'est bien ,mais le top c' est le miroir grossissant !! dommage le café n'est pas assez chaud. Etablissement très convenable .
