Commenti : Dans un hotel de cette catégorie il peut paraitre mesquin de faire payer le wifi. Hotel très bien situé, personnel très gracieux, chambre très bien chauffée.
Petit déjeuner copieux, mais trop orienté vers le sucré.

Commenti : Nous sommes très contents, tout était parfait et correspondait bien à la description.
Nous avons apprécié le fait d'être dans une impasse ce qui nous a mis à l'abri du bruit de la ville et aussi d'être prêt de "tout". Hotel à recommander, Personnel compétent, chaleureux et efficace.

Commenti : hôtel très bien situé,proche du palais royal et ses jardins, du métro vers la place d'espagne. calme bien que central, la petite rue est très peu fréquentée . le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. A recommander sans hésitation.

Par contre, comme pour toute l'Espagne, aucun document en français et il est difficile de se faire comprendre...... (dans les musées, documents et légende en Espagnol et en l'Anglais)
