Commenti : essendo fumatrice ho chiesto una camera fumatori ma era totalmente impregnata dal fumo, malgrado la buona pulizia della camera. E l'insonorizzazione con le camere vicine è scarsissima.

Habitué du service espagnol, je sais à quoi m'attendre niveau accueil , les espagnols ne sont clairement pas des pros de l'accueil chaleureux, mais là ça dépasse tout ce que j'ai pu voir de pire :
Tout d'abord, le personnel de jour ou de nuit ne parle ni anglais (du moins très mal) ni français,
-Il y avait une fuite dans notre salle de bain, je l'ai signalé au réceptionniste... une journée plus tard rien n'avait été fait... pour un 4 étoiles c'est juste inadmissible !
-Secondement, je ne comprend pas que dans un hôtel de cette classe, la connexion Internet Wifi ou Câble puisse être payante en sus... c'est le moyen age !
-Bref, pour un séjour à Madrid pour un jeune couple, qui souhaite profiter de son séjour tout en ayant à disposition le BaBa des services auxquels notre génération peut s'attendre ce n'est clairement pa
