Commenti : Chambres vraiment neuves et propres. Salle de bain impecable, meme que nous n'avons pas pu metre le hamam en marche (manque des directions). Je ne sais pas si notre chambre etait une exception mais le sauna-hamam, le velo-exercise et le laptop connecte a l'internet etait une (3) surprise. Le personnel nombreux et gentil.

Commenti : A part le fait que les Espagnoles ne parlent le Français, le service est de qualité mais pas exceptionnel.
Manque des chaines TV Françaises et une radio dans la chambre pour améliorer le service.

Commenti : Free wifi in the rooms was definitely a good thing. Shower doors were a bit tricky since if not careful water could get all over the floor. Found rooms to be a bit dim, more light should be there. Breakfast was very good and hotel decor as well. Nearby construction was a bit loud.

Commenti : Trés bel hotel, particulièrement bien placé au centre de Madrid et des principaux sites de visite.
Trés propre, trés moderne et surtout la chambre donné sur rue et les fenêtre comportaient un quadruple vitrage.

Commenti : Dommage que l'hôtel soit assez mal indiqué à l'extérieur : pas de panneau sur la façade ni d'écritures visibles. Le nom de l'hotel est indiqué quasiment en ton sur ton sur une vitre fumée, du coup nous sommes passés 3 fois devant sans remarquer l'entrée.
Autrement tout était très correct.

Commenti : cet hotel vaut vraiment le coup! nous y avons passé 2 nuits supers! il est situé en plein coeur du vieux madrid et les chambres sont très agréables! de plus, rien n'est comparable au plaisir d'une bonne douche massante après une longue journées de visites!
