Commenti : Airconditioning wasn't working well. At night it was to warm to sleep and you couldn't adjust the temperature.
In a double-room only 1 bathrope and 1 pair of slippers.
English is poorly or not spoken by some people of housekeeping and people serving at breakfast. They just don't respond if you ask something.

Commenti : The dining room is looking a bit tired. The rooms have obviously been re-done so I would suggest this also be re-decorated. Also, air con in the elevators is urgently required.

Commenti : Rude and unhelpful check-in staff, incredibly overheated rooms with in-room temperature control. Suggestion, either have a doorman in service at all times or tell the front desk to be more helpful and proactive!

Commenti : Me gusto mucho el hotel, el servicio en recepcion excelente, pero los precios del bar abusivos, mas caro que en la Plaza San Marcos de Venecia, mas caro que en Maldivas (2 cervezas 18€, fecha 14/08/07), un abuso, una estafa, no recomendaria este hotel, o lo recomendaria pero que tuvieran cuiadado con el personal del bar, ya que cobran lo que les da la gana, ademas el camarero no me quiso dar el tiket.

Disappointed with front door staff at exactly 12MN when my 3 colleagues had just received a drink(20 seconds earlier) and that he could/would not serve a beer from residence bar claiming it was closed at 12.

et l'hotel devrait mettre 2 peignoirs, 2 verre a brosse à dents et des paires de chaussons quand il y a 2 occupants dans la chambre :-)
un coin détente , musculation serait le bien venu
la baignoire mériterait d'etre un peu plus large
