Commenti : La chambre avait beaucoup de charme, mais le personnel était peu disponible à la limite malpoli... le service au petit-déj mal organisé, l'eau de la douche était tiède, jamais vraiment chaude, la qualité de la TV mauvaise (même pour les chaînes locales...), bref pour le prix qu'on a payé le tout était de mauvaise qualité!

Commenti : La chambre, bien que toute petite, était vraiment très bien décorée, exactement comme on l'imagine, et était assez propre.
Par contre, l'ascenceur "panoramique" donne sur une cour... Et le petit déjeuner, une décéption, trés peu de choix, les marbrés étaient secs, et les toasts salés étaient vraiment trop salés (et pourtant je suis habituée aux petits déjeuner anglais).

Commenti : We were woken in the middle of our third night by a loud siren. It would have been good to know that it was a flood warning. There was nothing in our room or in the hotel reception area to say about it and when the flood happened the hotel staff did not seem very prepared and there was only a makeshift ramp which kept floating away for the guests to get across to the raised walkway.

Commenti : Dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits des prestations concernant l'hôtel " belle époque" à Venise; le seul point à améliorer est la disponibilité des chambres, en effet nous sommes arrivés à Venise le matin à 9h, notre réservation nous indiquait que notre chambre serait disponible à 13 heures, Elle n'a été prête qu'à 15 heures!!!
Ce problème , d'après les renseignements obtenus auprès de la personne à l'accueil de l'hôtel est fréquent , faute de personnel.

Commenti : hotel situé près ( trop pres) de la gare: dans les chambres coté rue, on ne peut plus dormir à partir de 6 h 30 du matin : beaucoup trop bruyant à cause des navetteurs qui arrivent à venise le matin tôt

Commenti : Hotel seemed well run and just what we needed. Reception efficient.Staff good at breakfast where service was fast. Good slection of food from buffet. Room size was sufficient (we are not large people)and well furnished.If the people next door were noisy this was annoying. I had to ask one noisy couple to "please be quiet" when they were standing outside room talking and laughing with friends late at night. This was no fault of hotel, just inconsiderate people. Good idea to keep bathroom door shut to cut down on noise from adjoining bathroom, and try to be considerate to other neighbours. Common sense really. Very good hotel in its class.

Commenti : Excellent hôtel situé vraiment à 2 pas de la gare donc très pratique pour les voyageurs en train! Décors somptueux avec marbre, dorures à souhait, velours rouges, chandeliers en verre, etc... bref du vénitien pur sucre ! Chambres climatisée et silencieuse. P'tit déj OK mais sans +.

Commenti : The hotel was in an ideal location. It was within walking distance of the train station and the Grand Canal. The price was high, but average for the area. One receptionist in particular was not helpful, but the other one was.

Commenti : Close to St Lucia Railroad Station. The room was spacious and very clean. Tha Breakfast had large variety of food. The front desk personnel could have been more attentive and helpful.

Commenti : J'ai ete seduite par la deco typiquement venitienne.
l'hotel est tres proche de la gare santa Lucia et du vaporeto avec de nombreux restau;
un bémol les chambres sont un peu sombres peut etre pour conserver l intimité et la magie de VENISE.
J'ai beaucoup aimé je retourne a cette hotel en juillet.

Commenti : This was a great value for money hotel.I felt very safe which was a must as I was traveling with my 12yr old daughter.Location is great as there are lots of great resturants beside hotel, which are all great value for money also.Vaperssa(water bus) is a 5 minute walk away as is local train station.Staff are really friendly and speak and understand english very well.Breakfast not good but lots of places near by to eat so I did not find this a problem.
