Comment: Cage d'ascenseur bruyante, et surtout voix qui annonce l'étage audible de la chambre. Heureusement, peu de mouvement d'ascenseur la nuit.

Comment: The reviews I read beforehand were mixed with some complaints about size of room and the area. But while my single room was small, it was very well organised and the décor was modern and not at all worn. Staff seemed friendly and willing to help. The area around the Gare du Nord is mixed but lively with lots of restaurants. And the hotel is very close to the station: less than two minutes. Despite that my room was very quiet. So generally it seemed close to ideal for anybody travelling through Gare du Nord.

Comment: Very useful place to stay especially if you are arriving or departing by train. Hotel rate a touch high, however, supply and demand will dictate this location.

Comment: in general the hotel was great but i did ask 3 times for a bulb to be replaced in one of the bedside lamps and nothing was done.

Comment: J'ai été très satisfaite par l'accueil, la propreté et le respect de mes demandes spécifiques (étage élevé et calme). Nous avons apprécié à sa juste valeur l'excellent petit-déjeuner-buffet; J'apprécie toujours que le petit-déjeuner soit compris dans le prix de la chambre; Hôtel à recommander aux usagers de la gare du Nord.
