Comment: Staff are conversational in English so that is helpful to most international tourists. Hotel location was really convenient as well in terms of proximity to the gare and metro and access to restaurants and shops. However, one point to improve: we encountered a problem with the return airport transfer that was arranged with the hotel. The car company that the hotel was using made an error on the date of reservation and thus we were forced to find alternative ways to get to the airport. It would be appreciated if the hotel could assist to re-confirm the transfer with the car company a day before the actual departure. Although it is located within walking distance to the pickup point for air france airport shuttle but it was very inconvenient for us given the short notice time that we found out that our transfer was not available.

Comment: Difficultés : Chambre non prête à 15H30. Avions réservé une chambre supérieure mais nous n'avons pas vu la différence avec une chambre standard. La couette recouvrant le lit n'était pas assez grande. Le coffre n'a pas pu être utilisé pendant ces trois jours (signalé 3 fois à la réception)

Comment: The room was smelly when I arrived. I asked for an iron, they did not have an ironing board, and the iron was rusty and stained my shirt. However, the staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the hotel was reasonably priced, quiet and well-located.

Comment: Clean basic hotel in good location. Rooms a little small but very clean. Staff here could not have been more helpful. They were excellent.

Comment: Accueil parfait. 2 lits la première nuit mais on nous a changé pour une chambre plus calme coté cour avec un grand lit dès la deuxième nuit. Aucun problême. Pour les brushing des droitières penser à fixer le sèche-cheveu à G la prochaine fois.
