Comment: cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas d'être classé dans la catégorie 3 étoiles, nous venons réguliérement sur Paris et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par l'hôtel. avec mes sincères salutations

Comment: Room (Room #002) was very small, at ground level with windows opening out onto the street, therefore very noisy. Bathroom had a big hole in the wall!

Comment: the staff were incredibly rude to my wife on a number of occasions, also the rooms are incredibly small and i could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms and in the corridor. But i was incredibly disappointed with the attitude of the staff.

Comment: The air con did not work and it was boiling hot. We had to sleep with all the windows open which therefore meant no sleep because of the noise from the road. Not great. 2 nights with no sleep at all. They need to put fans in the rooms if they insist on having no air con in October.

Comment: LOCATION IS GOOD, BUT THESE ROOMS SHOULD NOT BE SOLD AS TRIPLE DUE TO ITS SIZE. IT'S THE SMALLEST ROOM WE HAVE EVER STAYED ALL OVER THE WORLD AS TRIPLE, IT'S EVEN SMALL FOR DOUBLE. BREAKFAST WAS REALLY POOR.

Comment: I was very happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent, 5 mins walk from both the eiffel tower and arch de triomphe and with a small supermarket on the street. perfect!

Comment: revoir l'entretien des chambres : poussiére ++ sur la bouche de ventilation de la salle de bain , serviette toilette tachée , présence de cheveux du précédent occupant dans la douche ; de maniére générale l'hôtel présentait plusieurs signes de négligence ( carreau fendu , fils arrachés dans l'escalier ,... ) ;de plus proposer un lit de camp comme 3eme couchage dans un hôtel 3 étoiles est inconcevable surtout quand le client n'en ait pas informé ; je ne recommande pas cet hôtel comme 3 étoiles malgré un bon accueil

Comment: Notre séjour dans cet hôtel reste un excellent souvenir. Le personnel était très sympatique, et la journée commencait très bien avec la bonne humeur de Daniella au petit déjeuner ! Les chambres étaient très propres, rénovées avec goût. Seul petit bémole: manque un seche serviette chambre 1, et la wifi, payante dans l'hotel c'est un peu moyen quand meme... Mais sinon rien à redire.

Comment: Durant les trois nuits nous avons entendu un enfant gambader et jouer à l'étage supérieur. De toute évidence l'isolation phonique est totalement à revoir !
