Comment: The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful in showing us places to visit, when, how etc. The staff went above & beyond their roles to make our stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible, so a BIG thank you to them!. The bar/lounge was a nice place to chill out at the end of the day. The metro station was a 2 minute walk from the hotel which was very convenient for us and the centre of paris was approx 30 mins walk.

Comment: the room was not cleaned during our stay, there was no toilet paper, the room staff on one of the days was clearly not doing its job (on the other day it was good). This was the main weak point in a generally satisfactory experience.

Comment: Very friendly staff, beautiful room, we loved the coffee machine in the room! Nice neighbourhood with short walking distance to everything, and close to subway.

Comment: chambre propre et chaleureuse, dommage pour deux détails mais qui marquent : absence de service dans les sanitaires (brosse à dents, dentifrice) ainsi que le manque ne serait-ce que d'un sachet de thé... ceci disponible dans les hotels de classe inférieure
