Comment: First they accepted the booking and on arrival they put us in a room in another block with two large youngsters having to sleep in a tiny sofa bed. We had to fight for our rights and after making it clear that we gave them all the details we were then transferred to a proper hotel. If you read the clients reviews, you can realise that this is done very often. We shall be telling our friends not to book in this hotel.

Comment: Cynthia in reception was incredibly nice and helpful and is a credit to the hotel. The hotel's best feature is its location so close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain.

Comment: 1st room we were given was of a decent size but was very noisy- (room 101). a change of room wasnt a problem for the staff and we enjoyed the rest of our stay in room 202 which was a little smaller but quiet

Comment: rapport qualité-prix non comparable avec les hôtels français.le tarif fastbooking est honnete ,le tarif à l'hôtel même nous parait disproportionné! eviter les chambres du 4°étage si vous voulez dormir le matin car le petit-déjeuner se prépare dès 6h30 un peu bruyamment!localisation dans la ville excellente
