Comment: Excellant pool area, staff friendly, apart from one man on reception, I have never come across someone in a hotel as rude as he was! We requested two towels for the beach, he was rude, unhelpful and could not provide the towels, but another member of staff provided us with the towels no problem. On another occassion we complained that there was no coffee, cheese for breakfast, he never apologies or even acknowledged us - how rude is this!!! The hot food at breakfast was always the same and cold - never enought staff to look after the guests. This hotel should be downgraded to 3 stars -

Comment: Nous avions réservé deux chambres : une était vraiment excellente très grande avec grande terrase et superbe vue, quant à l'autre beaucoup plus petite, bruyante, petit balcon, vue médiocre. Nous avions réservé deux chambres identiques (2 mois et demi avant notre arrivée) Malgré cette grande différence avons payé les chambres au même prix!!!!!

Comment: Le hall pourrait être franchement rafraîchi. Actuellement des travaux sont en cours aux abords de l'hôtel. Réveil 8 heures.

Comment: this hotel was lovely and we had a very big room and a fantastic balcony but i felt it just need a bit of T L C tender loving care e g the balcony was in need of a good clean paint and new chairs and sun loungers the views were stunning and i would go back if i could have that room again

Comment: Les 4 étoiles peuvent être justifiées pour l'emplacement de l'hôtel (Gare, mer, casino), mais pas de restaurant, l'état de l'ensemble de l'hôtel (Intérieur et extérieur) ne justifie pas 4 étoiles, mais il parait que d'importants travaux doivent être réalisés. Sommes quand même satisfait, même si différentes cartes bancaires ne sont pas passées (vive le sabot).

Comment: This was a charming little hotel. Besides internet access problems the hotel had everything we needed. The rooms in the main building are worth the higher price. The employees were helpful and extremely friendly. The location was superb. A fine choice if you want to avoid large impersonal hotels.

Comment: We really loved this hotel, it was in a quiet location but close enough for beach, night life and train staion. We had a beautiful bedroom with a big balcony overlooking the coastline. This hotel we felt was unique. with a no fuss breakfast. A definite yes to going back again.

Comment: The rooms should have a better choice of television channels; a radio; and kleenex tissue in the bathroom. The rubber window curtains have a bad smell if the windows are left closed.

Comment: Welcoming and helpful service at arrival. Excellent description on the web on how to get to the hotel. Excellent parking facility. Stylish interior. Very good idea to give a name to the rooms instead of numbering them! Will defenately recommend and return!
